A combination of tools and programs that can be used together to help people buy a new home and move out of their existing home. A solution could include helping you with your monthly mortgage payments, helping you pack and move into your new home or listing your existing home to get more showings.
We try to look at the entire situation to design a win-win outcome, where we help you and it also benefits us. Sometimes we may not be able to help you, but we will pull all of our resources together to see if we can.
Q: How long does the process take?
Because each person's situation is different with different factors to work around, there isn't a standard timeline for everyone who participates. Getting you out of your existing home and into a new Lombardo home could take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months.

Q: Do you have homes everywhere?
Lombardo Homes has numerous communities located in and around Macomb County. We do have more land and future plans to build in other counties but those communities are not available for sale right now.
Q: Can I talk to someone on the phone about my problem?
The first step to the process is filling out an application. Once you have done that, your Solutions Team will contact you and you will be able to speak with them whenever you need to.
Q: Do I need to use your solutions provider?
No, you don't have to use our solution providers however by using our team members, it eliminates time and complications in designing your personal solution. By using our team, you get incentives.
Q: What if my house sells sooner than planned?
Timing is everything and we realize that the sale of your existing home will determine how fast you get into your new home. We want to list your home so that it sells quickly, but if it sells before your new home is ready we can offer you some options. Lombardo has temporary housing in the form of apartments that could be a perfect solution.
