Process

You deserve to have the best team of professionals helping you and in order to give you the best attention and results we need to fully understand your story. Our online application gathers basic information to help us find out what is holding you back from moving. We can then direct you to the appropriate solutions team members who will design your custom solution.

Members of our solution team will contact you to gather more specific information needed to lead us in the direction of a solution for your personal situation. Only specific details pertaining to each team members' role will be shared. All information is held in confidence and is not shared with anyone outside of the solutions team

Once we have gathered all necessary information regarding your story, we will schedule a meeting with you to present our possible solutions. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss all options and design a final solution.

Once a final solution has been designed and accepted, we can move forward. You will be directed to your plan's specified community where you will meet the community's sales person and make an appointment to sign a Purchase Agreement. If you also have a home to sell, this is when you will make arrangements to start the listing process.

The timeline for getting you into a home can vary as well. Our Solution Programs are intended to move you into a new home in about 60 days. This time frame could be longer or shorter depending on the situation.

The length of time and success of our It Is Possible Solutions program depends on you. The whole process revolves around you, and it's up to you to help us learn your story, to help us gather necessary information and to help us design a solution that fits your needs. We depend on you to provide us with as much information as possible so our experienced team members can personally create an effective solution.
